I'm struggling with my hands supporting the rest of my body while doing the meta workout. My wrists hurt like hell, because the whole weight is on them.

	 but **** that burns! I don't think I'll be sore tommo though. I was just doing Pilates, and I have no arm exercises, so this was really great. I can't use weights because of a shoulder injure, so I'm quite happy with that vid. I don't think it's that hard to follow?

 But I've lost 5 cm on my hips and 3 cm on my thighs.
