ah, ok. so i don't have to be embarrassed that i don't know the brand ^_^.
after seeing that bag i can imagine what type of line it is. not my style personally.

TNA has really comfortable and cute style tracksuits and i have some amazing wife beaters from there, its way better than those bags. But the bags are bad :yuk::yuk:

I actually saw someone in shocking pink jersey trackie bottoms, brown Uggs and a khaki parka the other day....I swear that was a "trend you are sick of" like, last year! I just stared...I couldn't help it, I just couldn't believe people actually still wear that stuff.

ellesea thank u for the explanation. I didn't know what it was either and thankfully haven't seen that trend in my area. I thought it meant t*ts n a$$ too.

neverland&stars I know what you mean about staring. Sometimes I just can't help it either and i can totally picture the woman you described. I think A khaki parka w a fur-lined hood would be cute and not so trendy if you live in the mountains and it's snowy out. The rest of it is just  . And I'm assuming it wasn't even snowy. Some trends, I don't understand how they ever took off (juicy track suits, uggs, crocs, minis w uggs, etc.) They are not even intrinsically cute. Some trends start off cute and then I get sick of them, but those never were attractive to begin with.

eta: I am also sick of the brand coach in general but more specifically the logo merchandise. Not cute! I don't like logos at all generally, but I don't even think of coach as a very luxury brand, it's more bridge IMO. But I see girls everywhere toting that sh*t like it's gold. Really, If I was one of them I'd ask my parents (who usually buy them the bags) to skip them and just get me 1 miu miu or MJ or something else for every 2 or 3 coachs they would have bought me.

pinksatin - admittedly it was October in London, but it was freakishly hot! She must have been absolutely roasting.
Come to think of it, that's a trend I don't like in itself - wearing stuff regardless of weather or temperature, just because it's "trendy".

^Like winter hats being worn indoors! There's always that one employee at West49 or Sunrise Records (in t.o., anyway) that has one of those oversized beanies on indoors. Admittedly, I admire the look (couldn't pull it off myself), but I do think it's a bit dumb to be wearing a wool hat inside...

actually they've opened a store in san francisco and i think washington state as well. they're going to be opening this month in chicago.

and i wholeheartedly agree. enough with the tna logos everywhere! the hoodies with the huge logos plastered all over them are just gross. aritzia sells some good stuff, it's just that some of the customers come in only to buy TNA brand clothing.

I never loved the whole 80's thing but now I'm so sick of the 80's I want to puke. People in Berlin keep hanging onto this trend. I swear leggings have been going on longer here this time around than the first time. Just move on people!
THANK YOU!Even over here in California people still wear leggings. Now people are on this kick about leather leggings, ugh, will it ever die?!

I don't think leggings are too terrible if worn the right way- that is, with a shirt or dress that cover your butt/ camel toe (no one needs to see THAT MUCH of you!) What I do hate are the leggings that end in the middle of the calves, which I just find bewildering- don't people realize how horribly unflattering it is???

Welcome to my world, BerlineBabe. Never excited about '80s style. Yet this has been continually chewed out to where we can't go one day or one week without some sort of '80s fandom. I've eased up on leggings, especially leggings under skirts. Some say there's a comfort factor or liking legs. Well, some of the same femmes usually go between wearing leggings and not wearing them. Like... make up your mind already! Like your legs to where you don't wear leggings? Like wearing short skirts without leggings? Confusing.

But yeah. The '80s stink. Now close the '80s time capsule and blast it off on the planet Venus, never to be re-opened again.

Sometimes it has to do with how hot or cold it is outside, sometimes it has to do with modesty. A skirt or shorts or dress with nothing under it is ok sometimes but not always. Hope that helps:flower:. And I will agree with you on the point of never wearing them with something that doesn't at least cover your bum. I really don't want to see bums either no matter how nice yours might be.

Jack Wills

people seem to think it is some really high end designer or something here

Another point on leggings I wanted to make has to do with how come leggings were mostly worn on warmer weather days because I always thought this was suggestive of a cold weather style. That was one of my knocks (among others) with this look. If you like leggings, I'm not going to be a hater. The most creative pair of leggings I've ever seen were these white tattoo design leggings. One of my old college buddies paired with a black tunic and blue denim slip-on, Vans-like sneakers. Looked cute.

First post... Little bit nervous. :p

The "Top Deck" hair style is quite possibly the most trashy hair trend I have ever seen.

I agree! What's up with those two different colored layers? The contrast between blonde and black is just too hard.
