Ed Hardy is like the couture of trailer park residents and guys who drive lifted trucks.

Nah, they know better. They only labels they wear are NASCAR, Budweiser and CarHartt.

i concur on the overly ripped jeans. then again i had a pair ripped at the knees, but they were normal jeans at first. i had a very bad fall but i have to say they ripped very nicely.

not really trends but i see them around a lot:
juicy couture. they just opened a boutique in my country. oh dear
herve leger bandage dresses. enough. actually i had enough of them in the 80s or was it early 90s?

Im really over the hipster look...its just so overdone now...I live in the east village and see way to many people try to pull it off. I much prefer and appreciate when people can put there own edge on it and try to make it a little different and new. But the super tight skinny jeans, and the fedora hats...just need an update.

Agreed on the juicy couture, the track suits are incredibly tacky, and lettering written on the behind is tasteless.

I was looking on the previous page about Famous Stars and Straps and such. And really, I'm okay with those. At least they're better than skulls or ANYTHING of rock culture, which becomes increasingly outplayed.

I saw a lady at the mall a few days ago and she was wearing an Ed Hardy dress, Ed Hardy leggings, Ugg-esqe Ed Hardy boots and an Ed Hardy hat.
And as if that wasn't horrendous enough, she had bleach blonde hair and frosted pink lipstick. And she was the color of a basketball.

that sounds really uh classy...

Some styles won't die no matter how much you hate or protest a style. A lot of the looks I've trashed in this thread are still around. So what if sheepskin boots are comfortable (as I'm sure they are)? They're still ugly and annoying. Yet, Winter boots are overkill if it's a warm-weather day. The trend nowadays is riding boots. Try those instead. Even a pair of flip-flops, ballet flats, or skimmers are better than sheepskin boots (commonly called UGGs). I've gotten sick of sheepskin boots. They are about as lazy and unstylish as any sort of sleepwear. Why commit to such fashion laziness? They're better worn around the house than out in public. Why some femmes fail to realize this and continue to wear these (for reasons besides comfort) is beyond me. Even worse when pants/jeans are tucked into boots on warm days.

last year in winter majority of guys at my school wore uggs [to school] ....

Megabucks clothes, no matter who makes them.

There is no reason for a shirt, jeans, socks and a pair of shoes to cost more than $100.

I am not feeling the high waisted pants look...It makes legs look wider and if you have a butt, you just look plain big. It's unflattering. There's a reason why they used to be called "mom jeans". LOL

Mom jeans - classic! :p

omg yeah ed hardy is sooo ugly!
i dislike also leggings, crocs! its winter for god seek!

fitted check or plaid shirts on skinny girls

also in college today i saw several girls wearing REALLY short dresses with flesh tone tights and knee socks - just plain awful

i feel a little bad for making my first post in this thread, but i want to get this off my chest:

i don't mind when a person dresses badly per se. i can tolerate Uggs or Crocs. Though they are damn ugly, they are comfortable, so they have a legitimate reason to exist. i don't mind either if people don't care about how they look, and leave the house as-is.

what i hate is when people dress badly, but do care about the way they look. those who are motivated by vanity instead of personal expression, but have no class or sense of fashion to back it up. those who maintain their awful beauty routine because they think they "have to" otherwise they don't look good. this includes: french manicures, cheap highlights, bad fake tan, unflattering makeup, tadpole eyebrows, knockoffs, label wh*ring, etc. if you have a sense of style, you can make it work without all that crap.

juicy couture

I deff agree with that... that is almost as bad as the girls who wear juicy couture velour tracksuits with pink all over...

Girls at the mall decked out in a denim mini, flip-flops, a Vuitton multicolore pouchette, and a Von Dutch hat. Yuck!
