I just don't get the leggings thing. It's like 99% of girls I speak to think they are foul but then out of the blue there'll be one who seems totally oblivious to the fact that they are clearly NOT PANTS.
Regardless of whether you think the look is inherently bad, it's just been around for way too long.

First the Vancouver bars banned these types of trashy clothes because there were gang connotations. Now there are reality show connotations!

I agree with the leggings thing.

I think leggings are good when worn like tights, not pants. Leggings are a great alternative to tights during the winter months, especially in the frozen tundra that is Pennsylvania.

I also dislike the grungy acid jeans coming back. They didn't look good back then and they don't look good now.

Dark roots - When it`s only 1cm it`s okay, but those 5/ 10 cm are awful, and this trend never goes away, it always comes back from time to time

I'm officially tired of denim shorts, black tights, and platform heels. It's been done to death at this point. I've nearly hit total boredom with tunic or oversized shirts worn as a dress too.

no kidding. When they first appeared back around 2006ish i thought they were fly, i had a few pair and now that it has blown to sad proportions, i'm over them. the ones that would make fun of me for wearing them....NOW WEAR THEM. Just hypocriticism(sp), overplayed, and i think they look stupid now. If you wear them you're saying, "I'M FOLLOWING A TREND, LOOK AT ME, I'M SO GEEKY-CHIC!" i hope the glasses die a fast and painful death.

Um, it was already a dying trend in 2006. Not to mention a horrible one.

So true! They're the new hipster uniform, apparently. I also agree with what was mentioned about leggings. I'm so sick of seeing them worn as pants, and wearing them with a longer top just makes me think of pregnancy clothing. So yes, I've had enough of them.

Agree about the leggings. allways hated them. 2 years ago when I thought this trend is finally getting down, everybody started wearing them instead of pants. ugh.. Can it be worse?

And I'm not a fan of all that "grunge" style with too. Love some details, but not everything together.
