Riley Montana's cover is my favourite! I like the pose and the colours. Lorena's too.
The group cover is such a cliche. Yay, diversity!

can't stand Lili... it's all a bit of a try-hard diversity exercise.
also compositionally, I dislike that they put Riley in front of a brown sweater - she feels a bit lost.

I always appreciate seeing models on covers, but couldn't they cast more models relevant right now? Lili Sumner has been fading and I never got the hype about her, in fact she's the weakest in the group shot for me. The single covers are nice, I love Riley

I'd be all for the bus shot as a cover, it's bold.

I think the individual covers are a lot better than the group cover and the bus picture would have been better too but at least it's models and it feel quite February somehow.

I think the bus cover is the best. It's just so cool, fashionable and British without it being corny. I also like Neelam's solo cover the most. The main group shot bothers me because everyone is looking in a different direction. Must say I didn't know even recognise Lili Sumner despite liking her Vogue Ukraine and Paper covers. She looks a bit deranged. And I can already see how ASA will sharpen their knives for Lorena's cover.

The models may not be 'now' they are certainly known by hardcore fashion types like ourselves. It's a bit of a cross between the virtual unknowns on Harper's and the in demand squad at Vogue.

Is it just me or is the model turnover going faster than usual? These girls are all good models but I feel like they've yet to get their moment. Doubt they still will after covering Elle now.

UGH, just looks like an updated version of the August 2017 cover. I'm not in the slightest bit motivated to buy this, never bought January with Romee Strijd and I feel like the fabulous redesign is fading in terms of British Elle's recent cover designs. This is a mess!

Riley's solo cover is gorge!!! I actually like the group cover too

The bus cover looks like Elle back in it’s real peak, that kind of late 00’s era under Lorraine. The solo covers are nice but nothing epic and I intensely dislike the full group shot personally. I’ve enjoyed their redesigned period a lot but I can’t say I’ve purchased any of the issues.

Would love either Riley or Lorena's cover, or the bus one. The group shot is so awkward

I really love Odette but she seems more out of place than Lili.

I appreciate models getting a cover anyway.

It's important to make sure people get represented on covers, but group shots also have to amount to something more than an exercise in diversity - in order to get me to buy it, they have to look good.

You have to put people together and produce something that's more the sum of their parts... hell, even something that's at least the sum of their parts, rather than an image that only detracts from what each person featured has to offer.

Riley is really in a league of her own

Trying to hard to celebrate the diversity day, but the bus cover is really great.
