I'm liking the softness, the mint and the femininity of the newsstands' cover. Appropriate for spring. The editorial, on the other hand, has nothing to offer (besides Edward's consistent failed attempts in keeping it edgy).

So apparently, someone thought it'd be a better idea to keep all this for a dumb video no one's gonna watch instead of using it for print. Instead they gave us some tired a*s M&M scraps and a collage. Shameful! The stuff in this video would've made an interesting editorial.

Going by that video, we could have had a glorious cover story, full of energy and glamour. Instead, we got something drab and which certainly didn't let Irina shine.

I've just noticed that Irina's cover story is called "Spring Awakening" - just like the front of US Vogue. Another Conde Nast edict?

And all these March covers are talking about waking up and being high energy - when most of the people look like they're half-asleep or stoned.
