And I can easily imagine people telling her to 'give more mouth' in shoots because that's a selling point of her father, and people going for the blonde hair because it's one of her mother's trademarks. It's a nice idea that she's a combination of both people, but maybe her images in UK Vogue lack a certain presence because she's not really being herself - an impression that isn't going to be helped by any Lara comparisons on top of that.

I dislike the cover. Georgia Jagger looks way better the old way and not "rock chick"-ish.
I loved this magazine, because there where a LOT of articles, which is not so common in Vogue magazines. On the other hand, the photoshoots were quite lousy. I really hated the one with sports/rock climbing.
IMO it's great that Alexandra is not like Anna and cares what people want, british edition of Vogue is simpler, doesn't have such great photoshoots, but the articles are pretty good and the whole concept is much more appealing to me.

i don't want to sound harsh, but everything about this issue looks and feels dated and old-fashioned. every single edit looks just the way 'i have seen this before somewhere' and not in a good way. Testino's work reminds of ... Testino's work circa 2002-2004. and i can't even start with what where they thinking when they shot the cover story. it looks like a not quite successful rip-off of Sisley catalog.
which is a shame since Vogue UK has some incredible talents in their team to produce something so much better than this.

I'm currently reading this issue and I love it! I love all the more dash than cash articles. And the cover is great - Georgia Jagger is gorgeous.
