I like the cover, it's very American Vogue but it doesn't feel suffocatinly dull, it's fresh and elegant. I'm afraid we'll have to sit and wait for years to see an 'edgy' US Vogue cover.. that's not who they are, it's a conservative society.. I think we should all understand that, and appreciate their efforts for good (when they make them, that is).
..what's the proper name of that blue?. random, I know.

first they repeat charlize as october cover girl, now they do the same with jennifer connelly (her last cover was november 04)...

her 04 cover was alot more interesting than this one...
there is so much potential with her, but this just falls flat...

i'm not getting excited about the contents yet...
it seems like there are 2 tiers of models that appear in vogue...
the ed models (raquel, doutzen, coco, caroline trentini, sasha, etc.) and the extras (chanel iman, suvi, etc.)...

It's a shame. I loved Jennifer Connelly's last cover - it was one of the best in the last couple years, imo. But this is dull. I don't like how they put her at a weird angle.

I think Harper's is a bad cover-that is a spring/summer cover, not a fall/winter one. I don't ever remember Jennifer C being on the cover of Vogue, but I am glad she is. She is a great actress, has great style, is not a famewhore, is one of the most beautiful women in the world and does not get enough props. I would love to see her on more covers.

i really like jennifer connelly..
and i think she has the potential to look AMAZING and really edgy..

but this just looks bad imo..
her pose is awkward...the angle of her face isnt great..
and that dress does nothing for her..

She's actually promoting Reservation Road. I've been getting my Joaquin movies mixed up too.
