Rachel looks Gorgeous.

However, I am so tired of seeing the same faces over and over again.
But then again, with the state of economy, we are going to have to get used to this even more (what a nightmare). No one, certainly not Anna Wintour, will be taking risks anytime soon.

It makes such a difference to see someone like Rachel on the cover and not the usual in you're face Nicole/Sienna/Charlize/Reese/Renee/Keira.......you know what I'm saying. Not that I have anything against any of these women but I am seriously pissed off with seeing them constantly doing the rounds on this mag and HB, as one of them always seems to have some movie out each month. The fact that if I had added Rachel's forename only as I did with the others, we would wonder who I was talking about and that is my point exactly. Very, very pleased with this cover choice.
Also looking forward to seeing the eds for once. So far though love Isabeli's ed a refreshing change from her standard 'sexy' look.B)

aw, Isabeli's ed is so disappointing. Ah well. I hope Natalia's ed makes up for it. The October couture editorial is one that I wait for all year long!

Years ago, I would have died to see Isabeli in a full-length only-girl edit in US Vogue... now I couldn't care less. I honestly don't know what's happened - in my eyes, she's gone from being sexy and exquisite to being bland, and it's terrible, because she's everywhere at the moment, and it should be a dream come true.

It's not a bad editorial by any means, but I can't engage with it (and I'm also distracted by the hundreds of crows flying over my head at the moment, I feel like I'm suddenly in a gothic novel).

Oh i am glad they didnt make Rachel look weird, despite the iffy hair which she pulls off, i think this is a beautiful October cover.Weisz and someone like Jennifer Connely are my favourite actresses and are always welcome on the cover.

But damn Anna seriously loves the Brits, dosent she?!its a bit to obvious at the moment, i am sure there are some talented never-before-on-the cover, American actresses out there.

The content dosent excite though!

Well if I have to see yet another celeb on the cover, Rachel is a fantastic choice. I've always thought she was gorgeous, and not surprisingly she is here. I would've done something different with the hair if I were styling it, but it's a fairly minor complaint.

The shot of her in that all red Giles look is stunning, it immediately made me think of Carnival in Venice. If they had shot it at twilight it would've been absolute heaven.

Tat fur editorial is amazing, the lighting really shows off the texture and colour of the fur.

That's probably one of Meisel's worst edits ever. The second shot looks so ANTM.
Coco and Anna J are looking fabulous, though.

The lighting makes the fur look so intricate.
