She really is on the same level as the great super models from the 90s.
The cover is atrocious! It gives me 'Silence of the Lambs' vibes.
Billie looks like Buffalo Bill's latest victim.

I'm really disappointed I didnt recieve this issue with my subscription which is a whole other issue Ive brought up in another thread. Now it sold out pretty quick. The grace elizabeth editorial is pure gold.
