In the forest Mona can hide from everyone and everything. In the peace and tranquillity of the forest it feels like she can disappear. Mona can look around and imagine she is in another world, free from all her worries.​

Part 2. Water - Do you want to go to the seaside?​

I fell in love at the seaside
She handled her charm with time and slight of hand, and oh
But I'm just trying to love you
In any kind of way
But I find it hard to love you girl

In amongst the wooden decking at the waters edge, is a special place where Mona is reminded of her first and only love. For carved into the wooden beam is a symbol of her feelings. She comes here to gaze out onto the calm and placid water and remember her lost love.​

Sophie's Nature

1: The Forest

If anyone could be said to have a passionate love for mystic forests, it would be Sophie. In fact, she picked up this poster at Ikea and stuck it to the wall of her New York apartment so she gets to enjoy the many angles of the Norwegian woods every day. Privacy please.​

2: The Ocean
East Coast, West Coast, it doesn't matter, the soothing sounds of the waves colliding are always the same. In an attempt to grasp the magnitude of the cosmos, Sophie restlessly takes a pause to ponder.

Nature

The dinner party her parents are hosting is dull at best, and at worst? Well, you really don't want to know. Between the cream puffs and foie gras, Tiiu patiently tries to escape her parents constant praising of her. There’s plenty of talk about college applications, career choices, and SATS between the grown-ups. None of which Tiiu wants to think about, especially in the last days of summer. Somewhere between talk of her going to Princeton or Harvard, she tries in vain to pull up her leather gown that’s one step away from revealing all too much. The dress is racy and shocking much to the surprise of her black tie guests, and Tiiu is ecstatic at her parent’s annoyance. The ballroom is too hot, she can’t breathe. Politely she excuses herself and runs outside into the fresh air. The bushes are the only cool place to lie down. This is her escape, her solace.

Water

The party is still bubbling and Tiiu has drifted off into a slumber and woken up. Everything is gone, the mansion, the guests, everything except the bushes. Someone takes her by the hand and leads her to a dress. It’s beautiful and golden and she wears it. There are fountains of young people frolicking around in the same outfit, all look like they don’t have a care in the world. The water is the most amazing shade of gold. Tiiu swins in it and feels a warm sensation all over her; like eating the most delicious chocolate in the world. “This is what life should be like” she thinks to herself. “Golden.”

City girl Luca rarely gets to experience the real, raw nature but whenever she needs some space and time for herself the city's park works as a pretty good substitute.



Part #2: Water
Sports, is what water means to Luca, however she's no ordinary swimming athlete. No, Luca loves the art of synchronous swimming. Not only is it a ton of fun, the costumes are pretty nifty, too.

Part 1: Forest​

Hanging off those branches like they're monkey bars!​

Whenever Caroline goes on hikes or to picnics in the forest, her friends can't help but laugh at her fearlessness and natural attachment to the trees.
She's been comfortable climbing up and down trees ever since she was a kid when no other girl would dare.
Hanging off trees makes Caroline feel 10 years younger again, like when her brothers used to teach her to climb higher, and higher....​

Part 2: Water​

Jump on in, the water's fine!​

There is nowhere that makes Caroline feel more at home than a pool or a lake.
Caroline has been swimming since she was a baby, because her parents always had a pool while she was growing up and took her to lakes and cottages to swim.
Caroline is in the water so often that her friends joke that she used to be a fish in another lifetime........ She's fine with that!​

For Shannan, the seaside isn't about sunbathing or suprisingly even slpashing around having fun, it's about escape. There's nothing better than slipping away in from the party, adorning a big warm coat and sensible shoes and walking along the beach at dusk. Although she's wearing disguisive sunglasses, it seems she's realised we've caught her...​
