She is represented by No Smoking, like Anok.

Nah, Kyle left IMG many years ago. Joan stayed at IMG for some years following. Kyle went to be President at NEXT in 2014. But when Kyle left NEXT to do his own thing, he took Anok with him and Joan left IMG to join Kyle's new agency. Roster is small, but effective. I think his new agency popped up during the pandemic. I don't know the exact timeline. @Bertrando3

But yes, Joan is managed by Kyle at No Smoking now.
