Sorry but Craig McDean photographs are stronger than that. Even the story is disconnected with itself.

I wonder what's the inspiration. Because clearly, from the preview, it looks like a mood board for some indie magazine

Meisel does an internet inspired editorial in 2017: «OMG, groundbreaking, he is the best, amazing»
Literally ANYONE else does it: «Hell no, this is tragic, so outdated»



I, for once, think this computer reference (as someone checking an editorial stored in their computer/using InDesign) was made with a bit more grace than a few others I saw last year. That being said, I would have preferred a clutter-free editorial.

I'm curious on a few of the previews. The "169" picture looks amazing.

No wonder I thought it was a special McDean issue, Sadli and Weir is here once again. Don't recall seeing Anna Dello Russo's name in this magazine for some time now. Of course she brought Luigi & Iango to the party. Still, better than the Morrelli brothers, I suppose.

Please, go back to one of Meisel cover and ed from last year where he did e-commerce. It was tragic and nobody liked it.
He is great and sometimes our love for him (those who loves him) can seem unconditional but we are not blind. When he is doing wrong, we are the first one to call it.

I think that the text (layout, whatever) is a nice complement for the pictures. Volume Nª1 has a lot of text, and it looks amazing with it.
