Oh gosh - now I need to buy a bag for this coat! I don't have any nubuck or suede, as I always look for long term investment! LOL, but what color? I think I have one black suede with patent triming but that would be too much again!

As far as nubuck, that may not be quite the right term ... do you know the texture of the Lanvin Happy Sac that I had issues with? That's what I was thinking of ... it was good for a longterm investment.

Do you have anything ponyskin? (Now that really doesn't wear well ...) What about a matte pebbled leather like Givenchy uses?

I think plum would be really pretty with your coat ...

Oh, what about the new cream colored crinkled lambskin Lanvin Amalia? (which Barneys has)

fashionista-ta, Thank You - I just saw the Amalia - very nice - but with the chains it might not go to the sporty style of the trench - I'm not sure about that?!
I have this tweed Chanel that has the same color beige in it looks very well with the coat color wise - but then again I'm not sure about the combo?!?
The Fendi one is pony skin - redish/brown and black suede - it doesn't look that bad - but I agree too much logo, although IRL is not that noticable as the bag is slouchy.

during winter, any type of closed shoe? so I guess, sneakers would be okay for winter...

Well, I've recently discovered this in my closet. I know it's a bit "barbie" thing (which is DEFINITELY not my type of thing) but I really don't want to throw it away simply because it's VERY comfortable to wear, feels like it's made for my shoulder!
Is there anything I could wear it with without making it look so tacky?

Can someone help me out?! I have this dress and shoes, I'm wondering what other accessories/jewellery I can wear with it? Preferably toughen it up a bit? It's for my 18th birthday party in a hotel so I want to look quite dressed up.
