so..my bf has a birthday party on saturday in a cool club. so i thought i wear a little nice dress cause the weather is nice etcetc. BUT now i don't know which shoes should i wear with it?! what do you think ? i don't want to wear high heels because i'm quite tall and we'll be dancing all nite (hope so !) maybe black ones? or my silver sparkling ballerinas or boots ?! HELP PLEASE!

I would probably go for the black ones (but are those ballerinas?) Maybe your silver sparkling ballerinas - I would have to see a picture of them together with the dress, to be sure. But I would say no to boots.
All in all I suggest black shoes.

That depends...

Brit chick cool: add a sailor striped T with a madras button up shirt over it (left open, not buttoned), and ankle boots.

Cutie pie: add a sweet flowered blouse (tucked into the pants), skinny belt, loads of long necklaces, and ballet flats in a color which compliments the flower pattern.

NYC mod: long t-shirt (maybe in red) worn fitted to the hip or longer, gold and silver chain necklaces, a navy waistcoat (worn open) and dark point flats.

Just a few ideas.

I've always been in love with this Chloe dress, so I was really happy when I found it on ebay. I've not yet won it....but not I'm not even sure if I should bid. Because now I'm thinking how would I wear it? It's the perfect party dress, but the times I would have the right occasion to wear it to would be very few. I dress very casually most of the time, if I were to wear this dress during the day, how could I make it casual?

I think you ultimately just need to pair it with something DECIDELY casual and dressed down to take it where you want.

I have a loose white t-shirt with characters from Dr. Seuss books printed in BIG on it. The tee is quite faded and has a cute vintagey feel (the lines of the drawings are delicate and only some parts are colored), yet i'm completely at loss for what i should wear it with. ( The jeans option is simply too obvious).

I'm thinking of wearing them to a club for my husband's surprise birthday party, but I have no idea what to wear with them. Please help!

It's the Topshop/Celia Birtwell little rock dress (the one Kate Moss was recently pictured wearing) in red. Only trouble is it comes down just below my knees as I'm quite short! It's quite sheer so I need something underneath it, but I think it might be a bit long for trousers so I'm thinking leggings or a petticoat. It looks nice with a black boob tube under the top bit but I'm stuck for bottoms and shoes- any ideas?

I would try it with black leggings and plain ballet pumps, probably in black as well. I have seen a couple of people wear it with dark skinny jeans and heels which looked really cool. Kate wore hers with opaque tights and a black top underneath with long black boots and a black jacket - so black accessories and undergarments are the way to go!!

^I think it would look great with a simple white tee and jeans. You could use it in loads of ways. As a headscarf, a belt or around your neck. It's really nice, good CB choice!
