Vogue Korea Runway Fall/Winter 2023 Collections

I picked up Elle UK and Bazaar UK today. They were bundled together in a branded card box at the supermarket for £5.99, so I decided to treat myself. It felt quite special opening it up, certainly more so than if they were wrapped together in plastic or a simple belly band.

I wasn’t too taken with either issue though. Elle offered some nice light reading for a Saturday morning but HB felt quite dull to me and badly designed inside, although the cover with Elle Fanning is lovely.

I also got given US Vogue’s April issue last week. I haven’t bought it in such a long while because it’s often so thin, but I have to say I really enjoyed reading it. I felt it had much more to offer than either of the magazines mentioned above combined, and yet it was thinner than both.

I’ve made a commitment to buy more mags this year. I’ve lost touch in recent times but I do enjoy them still and I don’t want print to die, so I’m going to put my money where my mouth is. Although I won’t be as blindly committed as I was a decade ago by buying every issue going - I’m going to show more discretion - but I do miss the pleasure of visiting the newsstand and picking out my copy.

I agree. @aracic's recent finds aren't just Italian Vogue issues, but they're collectibles and rare finds, too.

May I ask where you live? Because most of the time the magazines on EBay are not event that expensive. It’s mainly the high shipping costs to the Netherlands that make it so expensive for me.

Yes, same. The shipping is a major pain in the ***! I live in Croatia. Germany and France are usually alright to buy from, but Italy is outrageously overpriced when it comes to shipping rates. Naturally, it is also the country I order from the most

Sellers from Italy have some of the best VI issues but indeed their shipping prices are ridiculous. Shipping from France seems to be the cheapest. It's a great option if you look for 90s issues of VP.

I wish every country had something like "livres et brochures" for shipping. France is probably the country I buy the most from due to this, I even avoid buying stuff from Canada (where I live!!!) due to how expensive shipping can be.
