It's crazy that he is still so witty and his aura is on max. However... what will happen with the brand when he is not there anymore? Not sure it can survive without him.

the look is his fashion industry take on the story by akiyuki nosaka.
in the coal mining village in the novella there grows a plant that draws its nourishment from the dead and produces pretty white flowers, climbing around wooden grave tablets.
certain prosperous brands today are like that plant. in a way he says there half humorously, half seriously, that the industry is bloody.

judging from all the songs selected for the show, maybe it's his respect for the dead, his WTF, criticism, and partly, hope.
