She's actually tanned in her recent pics. Looking fair can be due to the editing, lights, make up and so much more. Those are bad quality pics.
I used to be darker when I was young and I'm more fair now, but I didn't bleach anything.

im sorry but movie busness means surgery, and alot of ppl get these things done. Soooo to say aish got her nose done is not so far fetch expecially when her nose was way bigger back then. alot of ppl come out and say what they got done when others keep it secret. it happens everyday in hollywood, and with other none hollywood/bollywood stars. Its just the cycle of the industry

People's faces change as they age, at one point my nose looked alot bigger than it does now. Her nose basically looks the same now as it did in those pictures you posted.

I think in many older pictures, the pictures were intended for an Indian audience, and in India there is a huge preference for pale skin, so many Bollywood actress wear lots of pale makeup and actresses avoid the sun too. However, in recent years she has been trying to break into the US market, where tanning is very standard for actresses.
