AMs level of diva is so high that Galliano in comparison to him is a modest monk

same place called Fendi where Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri worked together at Fendi for 10 years

Not even that, all those people lived in Rome during the Frida era and when PPP and MGC took over Valentino.
MGC is friend with Frida too if u remember well.

I mean, the Roman fashion community is not that big. Nobody is fooled.

sadly im not surpised, dear PFDSD...

many CDs ( and their loyal gnomes)to this day behave this way and feel like they are allowed to say heinous things to those below them in the corporate ladder

i think ive written this before but having heard some disgusting things coming out of some mouths in fashion i understand why some people leave the industry and do silent retreats and sh*t and go fully nomad..

I am processing what @PDFSDand @proseccotabis and I am shook, but not surprised. He reads as a diva and now I am starting to not like him not only for his designs, but for his somewhat pseudo-philosophical and deity-like airs.

AM is not the worst. .. but then again i didnt have a direct contact with him
there are far worse ones. .. John for example is not the worst person either .. at least he doesnt look down on anyone and that shows .
some cds loyal circle is even worse than them .. again i dont want to generalize but a lot of us heard and seen things in this industry
and then we all wonder why the turnover in this industry is out of control?and why a lot of truly talented people burn out or dont want to go near their craft again

he is smart enough now also as at valentino (even with his small og gucci minions there with him) he is still in a new place so he behaves ...
gucci he was there for a long time and had more loyals and the grandeur of his aura was bigger as well so one feels more free ...

worst thing you hear now how much he complaints about things not going his ways not his fault etc or sales etc

also he is not a drinker or drug taker so you his presence is controlled ....the boy is not naive nor authentic he want people to be loyal and rules like a petite prinz with tantrums as if he is the only one with a fragile soul and hard job.

also i found odd he said why he said yes to Valentino its because belletini .....the one woman that shade Constantly Gucci pre sabato years ..his gucci .....was wrong move and cheapen the brand etc etc etc

so much not adding up

he should do less interviews or only in english so he thinks more when he speaks and he can be poetic and not say things that are not adding up to facts

i know both studio relaties from John at Dior (and margiela) and Alessandro at Gucci (and valentino)

i want to make it super clear and not speculative or mysteriously funny etc :

John at Dior - would say the most racist things and also regarding women.
Alessandro at Gucci - would say the most racist things and also regarding women.

Both would 2 seconds later go back to choosing a chinese embroidery after just saying the mist vile racist thing about the same race as if nothing happened.
same on say something like woman should not have breast/big breast its annoying to my design etc while the studio is full of woman.
John would call people the most vile things Alessandro would talk about things as his opinion in front of the team.

These are the day to day remarks studios teams would here and these are things that affect people as well because you just want to do your job and have a good feeling when you work for someone with talent and kind of look up to.

i know more and also personal ones of more brands but i would not rank them wrong is wrong.

Absolutely not defending what JG has done in the past, no way.
All i know for sure is that he wasnt the worst person to report to in Margiela for the past few years that is for sure
but then again we all know John is explosive af. but he is not malicious like some other CDs and their CEOs actually
this is my personal experience of him
