They all are. This one is old, from 04. It's called pistachio I think.

michyed, the color is Pistachio and it's from F/W 04, sadly you can only find it second hand now.

It's a very RARE pistachio city bag by Balenciaga. Sadly most of the ones I've seen for sale lately have been really beat up.

^^There's no color quite like pistachio, there was a granny color released in 09, but it's more washed out in color then pistachio. Currently there's a limited edition lime green color that's coming to Balenciaga ny soon. You can call them for details as they're taking pre orders only for this color.

Dear all, I'm a Balenciaga newbie as well, and I was at Neiman Marcus Denver earlier this month, saw a few gorgeous Balenciaga bags and regretted that I didn't buy them cuz I don't see those colors in the Balenciaga stores in Taiwan where I'm from.
The Balenciaga here are overpriced as well so I'm thinking about ordering from NY store or Barney's instead and ship it to my friend's in the States.
The problem is I'm not really sure what color I want, and I didn't ask the sales at NM, is there anywhere that I can see all the available colors this season? I'm thinking about getting either a classic or a giant covered city bag, I remembered I noticed some vibrant blue, green and purple when I was at NM

^You can try looking at the styles and colours available at Balenciaga.com to get a good idea of what's available. Alternatively you can contact an SA at Balenciaga and maybe get them to send you photos of what they have available..Aloha rag will also send you a catalog of what they have in stock.

I was looking at the bags under accessory collection, but when I zoom in the specific bag, it only said the style of the bag but did not indicate the name of the color.

Can you take a screen shot and post it here? It might be easier for us to identify the color that way

I just got an e-mail from Aloha Rag and I think the color I was asking about is Papeete!
There are lots of other colors that I like too....this is gonna be tough choice!
Does anyone know the limited colors this season?

micheyd, balenciaga did a mint green called vert d'eau in 2007 (i think) that may be easier to find than pistachio...
realdealcollection, ann's fabulous finds, and bag passion are reputable balenciaga resellers that only sell authentic bbags...

serenade ingenue, the only limited edition color that i know of for spring is the lime (which is posted a few pages back)...
bal ny is getting it in regular hardware and bal las vegas is getting it in giant gold hardware...
all of the other colors will be available at balenciaga stores and other retailers (like barneys, aloha rag, etc)...

^^It's not that they were limited editions (pistachio, etc.) - just that their run is over. Balenciaga does two full collections a year (not including holiday, etc.) and for now no new mint green bags. The most recent was granny in '09 spring. HTH
