i went to a different target today with my mom, and they had the behnaz items out already. my mom bought me the velvet jacket. she liked it a lot.
i liked the white tafeta dress even more in person.

Has anyone seen and tried on the items IRL? I am wondering how the sizing is for this line. I found Tara Jarmon's clothes to run small and Paul & Joe to run more true to form, so I am curious about Behnaz.

If anyone has any info on the sizing please post. I plan on buying some things, and it is a pain sometimes to have to buy 2 sizes and then return the sizes that don't fit, but oh well.

I am so impatient, and I knew this would happen, but I just bought a bunch of stuff online from the new collection and I can't wait to see it if I end up liking it. I am obsessed with mixing high end designer items with low end finds (think Target, Gap, Ann Taylor loft, mixed with Dolce, Chloe, Arthur and Fox), so I have been eagerly awaiting this particular go collection. I got the duffel bag, the cropped tuxedo black jacket, the leopard coat, and both of the white with lace sweaters (one has black lace over the entire sweater, the other just has it down the front). I have also had my eye on the gold clutch, but I didn't see it online so I guess I have to wait for now. There are about 30 things online, and I just checked ebay and someone is trying to sell the Behnaz stuff for about twice the price. If you spend more than $50, you get free shipping, and you can also use the 10% off coupon code cited earlier in this thread. When I get the actual stuff, I will report on the quality and the fit.

Just went to my local Target, but apparently they weren't one of the ones putting stuff out early. :/ I am interested in quite a few of the items, especially the blouses, but I do want to try some of them on in person and get a feel for sizes before I do any online ordering.

So far none of the designers' bottoms have fit me well. Maybe Behnaz will run a bit smaller in the waist and hips, because I think the brocade skirt is really cute.

im waiting for the black jeans to pop up on the website so i can snap up a pair. i bought a pair of the P&J for target jeans and was sooooo happy with them! best thing is that no one has them in australia (or not many people do).

They had some stuff at my local Target- wasnt impressed though. Satin shirt with ruffles- tuxedo style and the brocade skirt were really nice. but the sweater with the lace all over and the satin sleeveless shirt with a big ribbon on the front looked cheap and too girly.

I am so bummed. I ordered a bunch of stuff online on Saturday, and now I am getting email messages from Target that although online the site says items usually ship within 24 hours, my items are not expected to ship UNTIL JANUARY!!!!! WTF!!! Specifically the gold clutch and the brocade skirt. Damn, I had been hoping to use them for upcoming holiday parties. Now I am will have to get off my lazy butt and drive to a target to see if they have any (I do not like my local targets, they are totally gross and the workers are super rude).

shipping in january? good gravy! if you can find one brocade skirt in the store you can scan the item and it will tell you if there is one sitting in the stock room in your size. then a target team member can fish it out of there for you.

the brocade skirt looks much shorter in person. it does look cute though.

i ordered the oyster shell dress and the lace trim cardigans in both colors. and used the code, which subtracted ten dollars off. i think i am going to wear my white dress on thanksgiving. all 3 of my items shipped already.

i was surprised when i didnt see any of the behnaz stuff in the target circular.

my target has also set up a special rack with a big sign for the rafe items in the accessory section.

I ordered a bunch of stuff on Saturday, and then decided to order more, it's that second order that is driving me crazy. target emailed me that it had shipped, and then I got some random generic email that part of my order was not ready and to check the website. The website told me that it was expected to ship January 4. Which totally sucks. Hopefully that won't be the case. I will try to stop by a target this weekend to see what they have. Oh well.
