oh man. i think the target collabs work ok for clothing (i devoured the rogan line) but between seeing this and the gryson bags...no no no.

gryson looked nice for what it was, but these botkier designs are too simple for the cheap material.

I really liked the Gryson bags. I didn't buy one but I think taken out of context they wouldn't have looked like Target bags.

Oh well, I guess that's what I expected if they used fake leather. When will the Target collaborations finally use real leather? Don't the Isaac Mizrahi handbags use real leather for around the same price?

you know what, i'm totally right there with you. i've really liked the majority of the go international clothes (especially libertine and erin fetherston, despite the impracticality of the latter's pieces unless you wanna look like wendy darling from peter pan) but i've yet to buy a single item from any of the target accessory collabs. i'm holding out hope for this though... there's gotta be at least ONE great bag, right??

Yep they are there now. I thought they had a plain leather black clutch but the black ones they had now are snake. Then then they had a plain red... I was looking forward to the black so I hope they do have one & just havent gotten it yet.

The red hobo style was nice.

The quality of this fake leather is a million times better than past collections in my opinion. They look more really & feel more real. I might get one later. I have to save my money at the moment in case I buy out Richard Chai lol.

my target didn't have the metallic bags. They had the fake leather and python bags. They were better than in the past, but still so cheap looking up close, especially the snakeskin ones. I could tell that if I snagged it, it would rip easily. They look fine from afar but up close they're just icky.
