Lavigne, 20, courted engagement rumors last year with a mystery ring on her left hand, but that one was just for fun. This time it's for real: The singer said yes to her boyfriend of one year, Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, 25, during their June 24 weekend in Venice, Italy.

Heidi Klum's ring has to be the most beautiful piece of jewellery I have ever seen. It is absolutely perfect and the yellow diamond manages to be distinctive and edgy yet imensely classic at the same time. Seal is amazing. I wish we lived in a world where all the best men didn't go to supermodels!
