Chloé F/W 06.07 Paris

Very Marc Jacobs, which is not a good thing considering what he's been hacking up latley. I'm considering changing my name.
ugh nice granny shoes. yucko! this collection was lame, pheobe did it better. :(

i just noticed..look at what the girl in the designer team wore..:innocent: i wonder if the collection truly reflects what a self-aware young woman wants...

..and as for the overalls (which i loved, phoebe herself said that her favourtie pieces are always the least wearable.

Hey, if others can do Marc Jacobs better than the man himself, I'm all for it ;)

I think this collection is great. I'm glad Chloe is doing something different, and not so overtly girly and feminine. I LOVE THE SHOES. I think the shoes are incredible, except I don't like the one with the straps as much. I also like the texture that the knit tights give, and how those play with the materials of the shoes and the clothes.

I love this Chloe collection. It has a sense of casualness and practical wearability that I haven't seen in Chloe before. IMHO, at least. I love the neutral colors and the layering effects. It seems that the accessories take a back seat for a change as far as style goes and the clothes are really Super!

This collection was such a huge disappointment! It crossed the line from interesting layers and stylish sloppiness into just plain ugly clothes. Its such a shame because for the past few seasons, Chloe has been one of my favorites. And is it just me or did the show not remind you of a terrible Prada imitation?

i really like the shoes (on the models) even though obviously theyre completely unwearable except by maybe long-legged people with driver-driven porshe lifestyle... i predict the bags won't be such a hit like betty or paddy, heh, they look like one of those 1 pound thingies you get in the supermarket,
as for clothes, a lot of it is really baggy, even supertall models drown in them, i guess they're forgivable for bigger frames but hell, some of it are sacks... not for people with average height

i think trough falling, stam showcased the sleeves of the dress beautifully!;) :p

The collection looks nice. Its a bit toned down from previous seasons now woth Phoebe gone. Its seems to have a lot of references from the last spring/summer show with the platform shoes, tunic dresses and washed out colours.

It reminds me of Prada; it's an alright show...I love the shoes, though.

i love most of this collection....
so some of it is impractical.....but its LOVELY anyway....
the combination of the frilly, feminine dresses with the thick dark tights is my favorite.....and i dont love the shoes on their own, but with the dresses i think they look great....they balance out the airiness of the lighter dresses....

it just has a great mood.....
and poor stam...though she looks like she recovered well....
love the smile at the end!......

you know, the thing with the shoes...i thought the ones from last season would look odd in real life becasue they're so high, but no...my sister tried on the chloe shoes and said they were the most comfortable shoes...and she's 5'7" and still somehow didn't manage to look ridiculously tall..

we of course settled for the copies next door for 1/6 of the price, i swear you cannot tell the difference:p

I love all of clothes and shoes but... the first over coat.. dont like it to much.. but that dont mean it dont look good :) prolly would look better on someone else
