except for the amount of letters, I think this looks magnificent.. so many shades of black and the outfit is looking fierce.. from cover to content, Cover rarely disappoints.

It's Magdalena Frackowiak, no? I'm thinking by Andreas Sjödin, but that's just a guess based on him being a Cover contributor, as well as having worked with Magdalena a few times before.

I hope to get it tomorrow, so unless someone beats me to it, I'll let you know for sure then.

I thought it was Behati, I'm getting it tomorrow as well. Completely agree with MulletProof, the shades of black are amazing although I believe that the model has been taken out of the context and pasted against the background. Not a fan of the shadow highlighting the "COVER". Looks quite fake to me.

The cover makes the crotch a little too prominent for my liking, and I'm not entirely sure on the pose. Magdalena looks pretty angry.
