Daily Exercise #4

Yesterday I did barbell squats 5x5

Today just bench 5x5 and dips (unassisted of course).

I like to train powerlifiting style with a focus on the big three; bench, squats and deadlifts. My goal is to be as strong as humanly possible. No pink dumbells for me!!
 
Monday: 1 hour yoga practice
Tuesday: 1/2 hour yoga practice
 
Wednesday: 1 hour yoga practice
Today/Sunday: 45 minute yoga practice
 
Yesterday: 60 minutes cardio
Today: 30 minutes cardio 3.5 mile bike ride
