Me too! I have a tiny dimple next to the left corner of my mouth and it drives me absolutely nuts. I've had it since I was a little kid and every guy I've been with has pointed it out to me as "cute" flaw. Yeah right. If that thing becomes a "craggy wrinkle" in ten years or so, I'll have no compunction about botoxing it out of existence. My only concern is that I don't want lose the ability to smile on one side of my face.galviggo said:To be honest, and no offense to anyone intended, I don't care for dimples on anyone. I have a small dimple right next to the left corner of my mouth, and I don't like it at all. They're cute when you're a kid, and cute when you're grown up--[the latter of] which is the problem. To make matters worse, past a certain age (35 or so?), they start to look like big craggy wrinkles (perish the thought! I rub cream in and around mine to try to prevent this from happening). The most beautiful faces (imo) involve no dimples. At least, I can't think of any gorgeous faces that sport dimples... Well, there's this fab-looking ice dancer named Tanith Belbin who has them, and rather deep ones I wager, and so far makes them work, and I don't like it on her, either. In time I expect them to look craggy just like everyone else's.
Dimples run in my family. Lots of cousins have them, plus a few aunts and uncles--but neither of my parents do, nor does my brother, so I wanna give mine away.
