^Thanks! I've been wanting screencaps from the still gallery because it has a lot of rare ones.

I love everything about Edie... she was such a beautiful person...

I am reading the book about her now, haven´t read so far yet, but she´s about 11 or something at the moment.
anyway... her father seems like an awful person!

yesterday I got this magazine I bought on ebay, called Lid, there was like 2 pics of Edie, but I really loved all the other people in the pics, people from the factory days. really beautiful photos.
I also bought Ciao! Manhattan on ebay, I really long for it to come soon...

I wonder... if Edie was reincarnated... who do you think she was reincarnated as?

I'm thinking about buying her book, has anyone read it?

yeah ive just finished reading the book. its really really good. an amazing account of her life from a child till when she died from all the people that knew her and were with her. its so interesting to read not just about her unique character, but all about the andy warhol factory, the people in it, and the ways of the counterculture of the 60s, the drugs etc. it also gives a lot of insight on andy warhol, seeing as he's such a mysterious character.

i thought the book was great. when ur not reading it u cant stop thinking about it and cant wait to read it again. it feels like u actually get to know edie as a real person, and the end is so sad. even though u know throughout that she dies, its still such a shock when it happens. really sad and haunting. its strange, it feels like a real person has just died.

hope that helps :flower:

thanks BooBah! you've gotten me excited about reading it! (Only read about 4 pages so far  )

I think her face resembles Marilyn Monroe's in some pictures.. sometimes even Jennifer Garner's (except more feminine).

lol, well i hope u enjoy it as much as i did. i have to say i read it really slowly, coz i knew that once it ended that would be it. thats exactly what happened- it finished before i realised it would and i was sad then that there was nothing left to read about. does that even make sense? lol!

for me it´s like that with every book I read... it always feels as if you´re best friends or something with the main character, and the friendship ends when you´ve finished the book...
I´m glad I´m only on page 101.... ;)
although I´m very anxoius to get to the part when she meets Andy and all that...
