i don't know much about Evan's style, but i think it's a good thing that she's trying this new look out..
it's obvious that she's influenced by her new man, but i think the look kinda suits her. it may look fake, or not ..but she still looks gorgeous, and she seems like enjoying what discovering a new style means.
i mean, she's so young, let her experiment while she can

She's not imitating Dita von Teese. Dita did not invent this style of red lipstick, pale makeup, etc. If anything, she copied it from the old Hollywood stars, like Marlene Dietrech or something. Besides, that would mean Christina Aguilera copied Dita too, wouldn't it?

Evan debuted this new look sometime in the summer. Someone at ONTD posted pics of her from August and she was already dressed like this.

Lastly, she is legal. He is legal. The difference in ages doesn't seem to be a factor and Marilyn Manson says he is genuinely happy with her. Why is everybody getting all upset over a relationship that doesn't concern them? (Ie. "OMG! I can't believe he left the beautiful Dita for her!! She's just a clone! This is gross! Etc.") I'm not saying everyone on tFS is getting upset, but the general opinion is that he's icky, she's icky, and MM is dumb for dumping Dita.

That said, nice change for Evan to date someone who is taller than her even with her heels on

Well,Evan is a pretty girl and very talented actress but I don't think she has much of a fashion sense,before this stepping out with Marilyn,her clothes were very laid back and simple.I like her hair better before though-long,blonde and straight.But,I love the red lipstick on her.

IMO Evan's new look does look alright on her, and it may just be an evolution of her personal style (I haven't really followed her previous style closely) but it just seems to me that her recent looks are saying: I've got a new boyfriend so I'm going to abandon any previous style inclinations I may have had and adopt his! I can't respect that

Very well said! And for the record, I am a huge fan of Dita Von Teese....but I still agree with everything you said. Dita has NEVER claimed to have invented this look. Not ever. She has said numerous times that her influence is straight out of the 1940s.

To me the video is okay if it's just NOT THE WHOLE VIDEO and only a short scene,I don't want to see these two going at it and calling THAT ART!But,I've heard that the scene is Marilyn on stage singing and watching Evan at a dance and she's surrounded by more obscene type girls[these being the Suicide Girls]which their involvement is worse to me.I find them very plain and tacky.
But,as far as the three bloody makeout scene clips we've seen,it's a bit much-unless it's just a short scene in the full video.I don't want to see them full on softcore p*rn and putting it out as ART.It's boring,and also makes them out to be liars after saying how they are soul mates and so in LOVE.Something like that being put out on display is far from TRUE LOVE....it just always IS in the long run!

The video was posted on ohnotheydidnt, 8 minutes of pretentious crap. The first two minutes were entirely unnecessary and too disturbing for me to ever want to see again.

All I can say is just that I don't know how many producers will take her as a serious actress anymore.. This stuff can ruin her career IMO
