Its nowhere near 25 million thats a media fabrication.. the genuine figure is around 2.5 - 5 million whereas Giselle gets around 10 - 15 based on her contracts.

where are you getting your information about "the genuine figure"? i'm not necessarily disputing it, as it very well could be media fabrication. but it WAS mentioned in multiple media articles that KK had signed a $25million deal. perhaps it's not a 1-year contract.

anyway, it makes sense to me. gisele herself said that she was finished with modelling. maybe her contract with VS is ending, and the other Supermodel to fill her place is KK.

That Du got Cavalli is reasonable cause Cavalli does have a strong Chinese reference for FW 06.

well, "technically" i think that Selita Ebanks woman was set to "replace" Tyra. And, whom else is there to take over from Gisele? Izabel Goulart?? Maybe that's what they're trying to do. And maybe KK is taking over for Heidi. Either way, there is certainly nobody to fill the shoes of Gisele. obviously. but i think that KK is able to make her own space. Victoria's Secret hasn't had a decent "blonde bombshell" type since Daniela Pestova. (or I guess you could count Heidi -- but she became big as a brunette).

REGARDLESS --- i wish i could find out a definite, CREDIBLE source to let us in on the $$$ for KK's Victoria's Secret contract!

^KK would make sense for Heidi, but Heidi hasn't retired her wings yet, right? And I guess it would be Selita for Tyra - but she's not the best choice, IMO

Bottomline is, when you sign a VS contract, you're pretty much set. I'm now wondering if I should add the Angels' names to the list (Probably not )...

Is she really leaving modelling? Even though she's a good model, I think it's very classy if she does that---then she won't be the next Kate Moss or other over-exposed, tired model.
