coco before chanel released july 31st a film based on the early life of this utter legend

The most underrated fashion film is Who are you, Polly Magoo? it's a french film about a American supermodel living in 1960s Paris and the TV crew that try to do a documentary on her. it's a very good film. check it out:

Picture Me - It's Sara Ziff's documentary on her modelling experiences. Cameron Russell, Lisa Cant, Heather Marks all have cameos.

and if you can find it, there was a tv show called The Model Agency that filmed around Premier's London office during fashion week. Leomie Anderson, Sebastian Sauve and lots of other models make cameos.
