it's the poly and viscose...they stretch and disintegrate over time...
very common in clothing today...not like the old days when you could buy something and have it for a lifetime...the manmade fibres don't hold their shape as well as natural fibres...
i don't think re-dying would do anything as these are not natural fibres and won't take the dye well....if at all...
get in touch with the store you bought it at or with the company itself...i think it's your only recourse...some shaving might help...but in all likelihood...it will continue to happen...
