Oh, how did i forget the Little House series? i loved all of them so much, that my brother and i sat in a book store YEARS after i stopped reading them with a little house trivia book. i got them all right, and my brother looked at me like i was crazy. i LOVED Laura!

My favorite books as a child were Go, Dog, Go! by Dr. Suess, Goodnight Moon, and Where the Wild Things Are. I also really liked Richard Scarrey books.

The Blue Bird by Maurice Maeterlinck. There is a Shirley Temple film where Erte did the designs, done in the 30s I think, that is absolutely outstanding. VHS only, unfortunately.
