It is so funny to see the cast on and off duty day after day- their dress styles are almost without exception totally different from their characters- especially Ed Westwicks'!

Move over Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, and Charlotte! There’s a new pack of impeccably dressed NYC gals that we can’t get enough of!
Just like in the Sex & the City series, get ready to see Paris, New York Fashion Week, and some of the most fabulous frocks on the upcoming season of Gossip Girl! Although Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, and the rest of the well-dressed clan is still filming, I look forward to seeing the shots from the set everyday. While I’m a huge Blake fan and a devoted GG watcher (I’m not embarrassed to admit it!) the thing that always keeps me coming back are the clothes — and judging by the shots of the jet setting chicks it looks like this year is going to be better than ever! From Serena’s cleavage revealing Jenny Packham gown that she wears for a Fashion Night Out event during Fashion Week to her pink Suno pants in Paris, I’m really loving the way Serena’s styled so far.
Although I love both Leighton and Blake on set, the difference is Blake very rarely disappoints on the red carpet. Unfortunately, Leighton’s sometimes questionable get-up’s make it hard for me to say the same, however, she always kills it as Blair. In Paris, she sported three Oscar de la Renta get-ups, (including the strapless organza gown).
Don’t get me wrong, I always love seeing Carrie Bradshaw in her heyday, but I really think the Gossip Girl’s are this generation’s stylish group of NYC fashionista’s. What do you think?
