^ Don't forget that B is supposed to be 19 years old so there's nothing wrong when a young girl with a great figure wears something not so conservative for a while.. and it's a nice change for the longer skirts. Maybe if she wasn't wearing the tights then I'd complain, but I think this way the skirt is very suitable and nice on her and she still looks classy

Ahh I actually quite like Blair's outfit..for once. I think the lenght of the skirt really works. Otherwise it would have been way too much for a 19 year old. This way there is a bit of edginess and youthfulness about it.
