^ It's the teachings of Dr. Habib Sadeghi and his wife Dr. Sherry Sami. It does sound bizarre I admit.

Apparently Courteney Cox and David used the same therapists Gwyneth & Chris used and their divorce wasn't messy and the two are still friends.
 
I really really thought they would be the exception of the Hollywood rule. I know Gwyneth gets a lot of hate, but I actually find her relatable, aspirational even. I'm blind-sided by this.

I read somewhere that Gwyneth had/tried to have an affair with Guy Ritchie, and Madonna broke up the relationship for that reason. Take this with 5 lbs of salt though.

It was probably bc Maddona had a beef with her trainer Tracy Anderson who happens to be Gwyneth's business parter.

They fell out over Tracy Anderson and Gwyneth going into business with her. Madonna dumped Tracy as her trainer as expected Gwyneth to as well and she didn't so Madonna stopped being friends with Gwyneth.

People and US Weekly have interesting information about their marriage in their magazines this week. Lainey's had a look at the information and taken out the interesting things. I can't believe Gwyneth has let this leak considering the lengths she went to in order to prevent Vanity Fair from publishing their take down. I also didn't think Chris would be this ruthless with his PR. His people probably had a hand in this, he allowed this to go forward just before Coldplay's new album is released, and he timed it with an appearance on The Voice which has endeared him to its audience. He's managed to out PR the PR Queen.

Both PEOPLE and US Weekly have gone Gwyneth this week on their covers with similar stories. Basically Gwyneth sucks. She was intolerable. She was too glamorous but also insecure about aging and staying skinny and feeling desirable and Chris Martin preferred wearing t-shirts and couldn’t deal with her anxieties and that’s why they couldn’t work.

According to PEOPLE’s sources Gwyneth was “flirting and trying to feel 'sexy' so she could feel that 'her beauty was not fleeting”. Her “narcissism” is what caused them to drift apart. Because Chris didn’t want the attention. And US Weekly reports that they were fighting over the kids’ diet and how she would sh-t on him for the kind of food he eats.

The subtle suggestion then is that her intolerable lifestyle pushed him to infidelity. But she didn’t care because she cheated too. So then they just decided it would be an open marriage. PEOPLE apparently goes ahead and names the men she allegedly carried on with – Kevin Yorn, Jeffrey Soffer, and, ahem, Glee producer Brad Falchuk.

That’s not fair, but then again, “fair” has always been on Gwyneth’s side, until now.

A year ago, PEOPLE called her The World’s Most Beautiful Woman. 9 months later they don’t give a f-ck about celebrity revenge and they’re going hard for G. Aren’t they afraid of G? Why should they be? If the MiniVan Majority loves to hate Gwyneth Paltrow, this is the narrative they want to believe. And that’s where PEOPLE gets its power anyway. Has the MiniVan Majority taken G’s power? Forget the broken marriage, don’t you think that that’s what will hurt the most?

Chris is not some hard done by regular guy who's had his heart broken by a celebrity. He knows and plays the game just like they all do. The UK press are following these stories and it's hilarious with comments like "Now he can have carbs". Chris Martin is just as much into a healthy lifestyle as Gwyneth.

Also Laniey mentions in her Kate Hudson entry about Kate and Chris having an affair -

For the record, I’ve never heard anything to substantiate Kate Hudson and Chris Martin. In the future? Maybe. In the past? Never. Alexa Chung on the other hand is another conversation.

I can't believe that it's Alexa Chung he's been having an affair with. It's just seems so random. I just always thought it was non famous chicks.
 
I don't think that Chris really had a hand in this. Gwyneth has been a polarizing fixture for some time now, this divorce just gives people even more reason not to like her and blame everything on her as is usually the case with women in high profile marriages.

Although she's certainly not helping her case when she makes statements about how "hard" her life is compare to the average working parent. That was a serious eye-roll moment.

I agree with what you're saying as to be as successful as Chris is you have to be able to play the system. However Gwyneth is old Hollywood whereas he's a guy who is an outsider in comparison. She grew up in the industry, her godfather is Spielberg and she has the same publicist as Jennifer Aniston. I would have expected better from someone who probably knows the system better than anyone.

I don't really get Alexa Chung's hype and I don't get why she has every frontman out there falling for her so that affair is inexplicable.

I doubt Chris wants to get back together anyway now that he's officially allowed to screw around.
 
^ She strikes me as pretty realistic, which I can't say of every actress. If she's repositioning, perhaps it's based on what's really happening.
