I got the Bardot's from J brand as well..they are very flattering.
They seem to have the ability to tuck all my bits in...and gave me a perky butt that I never knew I had.

I love the Grey Ant ones. The J Brand paperbag version also very cool. I haven't seen any good pairs in store (stupid city is always 2 seasons behind trends!), but I'm scared to order online because I don't thing these jeans look good on everyone.

The jeans Zarina sports in post #848 looks AMAZING. I don't think I would suit high waisted jeans like that, though.

The Jean Paul Gaultier one is a killer

I have one that's look like this one (I bought it 6 euros almost 3 years ago),it's so perfect for curvy woman.But the hight-waisted skinny jean are aweful.I don't think I've ever seen someone look good with them.

lot of people dont like jbrands because they think are over rated by celebs (ie love story jean and the bardot) but i think they look nice always , esp the high waisted malik jeans (well mid rise ) i will post some new highER waisted jeans , i think this trend will explode by next year , but i think mid rise jeans (9-10in , high waisted relative for whats out there will be the order of the day)

somebody tell me how thes jeans fit , they are not stretch ...?? but they look really nice ...esp for colored jeans ....which most people find tacky..but i like em..

i think high waist skinnies look horrible , but those late 70s jordache slim straight/boot jean with chalk stitching looks hot

i think the jeans i just posted up , appeals to the mass majority of women in that , they arent too high but get rid of muffin top , the fitted wide leg balances out your curves and gives you that "coca cola " bottle figure, main thing is that they are very comfortable at the same time fashionable.

I kno the company's site has a long page of images of celebs wearing their stuff and the fanpages/denimheads ID the jeans from pics... if they are good quality and flattering jeans that don't cost a ridiculous amount i think they deserve all the rep they get.



also, i thought you got a pair of Dittos that you loved. wouldn't the quality be the same wif Plum colored ones--i don't see what is tacky about the color either. honestly i'd rather drop the same amt of money on jbrand because they fit me, at least, very well and i dislike the pockets on the dittos (but the back yolk design is pretty cool). has nothing to do with celebs or hype.

well ley , they changed the fabrics apparently , it seems they use 100% cotton instead of stretch . yeah i have the red one , i wear that with white shirts and black shirts. But i love the maliks , the are awesome!!! , but so expensive . Actually ley your so right , jean prices are so ridiculous now , IMO no jean should be more than 80 bucks period . I tried the bardot , but it was way too rocker chic for me , and im a woman , who emulates mary tyler moore and charlies angels lol , so the maliks make me feel like them lol. Plus the malik looked sophisticated and it feels amazing but its so expensive 212 bucks!!! I think i will wait till express comes out with a cheaper version. lol...its not very hard to imitate a jbrand jean ,all of them are super dark blue lol. Jbrand should pay me for the amount of Publicity im doing for the malik jean lol

I tried on a few pairs at Barneys, and they all looked fine. I was wearing flats, so they were baggy at the bottom, but if you wear platforms or heels, they would look fine. They are really figure-flattering and make you look more sophisticated. I'm only 5' 2" by the way.
