I saw a girl on the street wearing high waisted denim the other day. She looked good. Strange to the eye, but it made her look tall and lanky. Too bad that it also channels a 70s vibe, too, though.
They were jeans with thickly braided front pockets. What brand makes those? The name escapes me right now.
^^ thanks, guys. karma.
I'm gonna pull out the thrift ones I found a few years ago and see what I can do with it. They do look good with a simple, tucked-in top. Very sleek but also casual.
I'm liking the Grey Ant and the Seven Ginger ones. Maybe if this look works for me, I'll get a designer pair. The vintage ones on eBay look atrocious.
never say never hun.........speaking from experience, well RBils jeans

Having the option to get them hemmed is great versus jeans being too short.I tried on a pair of Dittos today. They aren't as flattering as I imagined they'd be. VERY LONG!! I'm about 5'5 1/2 and with heels, I'd still have to get them hemmed!
