How do you make your skin smooth and flawless?

Mario Badescu does basic and inexpensive AHA cleansers. I loved my Glycolic Foaming Cleanser, but I've run out :(

Thanks! I hope they have Mario Badescu at our dept store!!
I love the natura bisse so much but I probably have one or 2 days left :(

The Nuxe creme is very nice indeed. Smells wonderful and does what it says. I dislike the glass jar though.

I haven't heard of that lotion, it sounds nice! I do think Embryolisse is pretty cheap, €11 for 75 ml is quite cheap IMO. I miss my P50, but I can't afford it these days...

I'd really like the P50, Caudalie Beauty Elexir and Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair & the tinted DayWear, they'd be included in my dream skin care routine

Thanks for the reply! :flower: It's so tempting to buy it especially after reading all the rave reviews on MUA. Would be a nice replacement for the lotion p50 when I run out.

The E45 is like...a classic british product. Its £5 for 500ml. I love it! It's not quite as moisturising as the lait creme, but, on top of another moisturiser (for me it's egyptian magic) it gives that gorgeous sheen to my skin. Like an oily cover, if that makes sense?

BTW, for the Riemann p20 sunscreen, does the alcohol bother your skin at all? It's on offer here atmo, but one of the top ingredients is alcohol denat. I need a new *reasonably priced* sunscreen.

It will never be as good as P50, I will warn you. But it does give you a very dewy smooth look (which is the look you're going for, like me I guess :D). I think I reviewed it on MUA as well.

I layer too! I can't have enough moisturizer  These days I'm using La Roche Posay SPF 50 just to lock the moisture in :D I seriously need to go skin care & beauty shopping in the UK, everything is so cheap compared to Denmark!

I've never had any problems with the alcohol in P20, but then again my skin never reacts to alcohol. It's vaporized after 5 mins anyway. It's in every sunscreen out there, otherwise it's impossible to spread out  It smells really strong until the alcohol is vaporized, and after that it has no scent at all.

I love dewy smooth skin! I'd love to have it, but I find I end up with a matt look most days. I find the healthy dewiness lasts for an hour before it just turns into an oily mess. Honestly, you could probably fry chips with my nose  I have oily but dehydrated skin so I leave my skin moist before rubbing in the oils and they've done a good job of keeping everything relatively balanced.

Hmmm I guess I'll try the p20 sunscreen then ^_^

Thanks for your help! :flower:

Or tretinoin cream while the stretch mark is still fresh. ^_^

I'm pretty sure Strivectin doesn't work, there was something in a derm mag a while ago how it and other OCT stretch mark products are a rip off. :ninja::innocent:

(My first post eek!)

If anyone has any opinions on the Nuxe Etincelante cream, they'd be appreciated muchly :)

Love it!!!
I use it as a night cream, it cleans my face while I sleep, it looks so fresh in the morning. Just make sure you don't use it every night.
(I use it every other night or even less often)
Plus it smells like heaven!

I may have to try this one.
I have never been disappointed with Nuxe. My favorite skincare brand.
Too bad it's so difficult for me to find here and a bit expensive..:(

Once my P50's ran out I'll defo buy the Nuxe cream then! Only thing is, will layering Egyptian Magic under it cancel out it's effects do you think? Like stop the acids from working on my skin?

Well if it can't penetrate the skin then I guess you're giving it a hard time

Just thought I would leave a little comment and say that it's been over a week since I've stopped drinking any type of soda and I've noticed it's done wonders on my skin. I also noticed that when you stop drinking soda you stop eating other unhealthy stuff as well like pizza and some fried foods that "only tastes good with soda" - so that's another bonus that probably helps your skin.

After a nasty breakout courtesy of coursework deadlines and irritable teachers I started smothering on Sudocrem after a good few layers of my moisturiser and it's done wonders for my skin. Day after all of my spots (even cystic ones) were dried and/or greatly reduced in redness and size. I love it! I've kept on with it because it's just such a nice product and I feel like it really seals in any moisture and just makes my skin feel nice and taut.

I've been testing Eucerin aquaporin rich moisturiser too and I really like it too! I usually put on 2 layers though or mix it with some coconut oil. If anyone has Vogue US with Lady Gaga on the cover you'll probably have read about aquaporins and how good they are!

I'm using coconut oil on my body now too and it's really nice leaving it soft and moisturised. It's even cleared up the bit of Keratosis Pilaris I had. Love it!

Exfoliation is the key, in my oppinion. And a consistent use of sunscreen!

For exfoliation I love Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish hot cloth cleanser (poor man's Clarisonic ) and a REN's Glycolactic Skin Reneval mask with glycolic acid and papain. Also Dr Hauschka cleansing cream is great if one learns how to use it properly!
