^^ I hate when you have to deal with size and height issues! I have a lot of practice.Although the highest I will go is 4". But when I do wear 'em high, I always put my weight a little forward toward the front of the shoes. This really helps. Before I am going to wear them out, I do some practice runs around my place with my weight being forward.
That sounds wierd. Wouldn't that put more pressure on the balls of your feet?
