    I'm noting some Baroque influences this fall, either in silhouette, textiles or ornamentation.

    The title is fabulous. :lol::heart:

    It's kind of weird seeing this when you think about where the general mood of fashion is. It's kind of the exact opposite of the streamline, fitted, very sharp and very spare stuff that's been so dominant. Maybe it'll pick up because of that.

    Oooh I like. The 2nd pic is unflattering though, even to a model.

    I thought the title was "If it ain't love".. it kinda remind me of late 90's - early 2000's disco.. :D

    I love the D&G ones..

    im finding a lot of 09 trends are texture laden and detail oriented...i find the opulence in the time of economic upheavel interesting to say the least.....so how long til they tell the people 'let them eat cake'?

    Despite of being the less wearable trend of the season in some designers like Domenico and Stefano, it is the best trend beautiful designed dresses, Bailey did a great job

    ^Completely agree. I'm actually excited to see some Baroque inspiration on the runways again.

    As an aside, the title of this thread is fantastic. Thank you!
