My prediction for style.com top 10
Alla Kostromicheva (Ford)- I think opening two of the biggest shows in Paris seals the deal
Anna de Rijke (DNA)- I kept forgetting who she was, but she was everywhere no doubt, I think she is another lock
Auguste Abeliunaite (Women)- I'm unsure about her chances since she only walked in one city, but she definitely had her
moment there
Dorathea Barth Jorgensen (Women Direct)- Sealed deal, walked everywhere
Hanna Rundolf (Marilyn)- great first season, another lock
Karolin Wolter (Women/Supreme)- great Ny season, and then opened Jil Sander, another lock
Katlin Aas (Women)- I'm not sure if she made a large impression on TFS, but she opened/closed Prada and Christopher Kane
Kendra Spears (Ford)- Amazing 2nd season, she was everywhere in Paris, I'm not sure if style.com will treat her as a newbie though
Monika Jagaciak (IMG)- A tale of two cities =D, obvious lock
Tao Okamoto (Women/Supreme)- I think in a season lacking much needed diversity, Tao definitely shone
Alternates (in order
11) Aida Aniulyte - did great in Paris, I'm not sure if she left a long lasting impression though
12) Gracie Carvalho - GREAT NY season, if she kept it up she would be a lock, esp considering the season lacks so much diversity, but she picked things up in Paris (Stella, Viktor & Rolf) so it wouldn't surprise me if she made it
13) Madisyn Ritland - she is in the same league as Kendra Spears I think, but I'm guessing she made less of an impression than Kendra, and not sure if style.com will give her the sophmore nod
14) Kelsey Van Mook - Opening a show including a bunch of supermodels def. gets you noticed, but I'm not sure if it was enough to make top 10
15) Lovani Pinnow - very consistent season, brazillian to watch along with Gracie, but sometimes she was a bit forgettable.
I want to include Nimue, but I just have a feeling she is too established, Prada and VI already under her belt. Who knows though.. ditto for Katie F.
I'm also wondering if Agency placement will play a large role, because it seems Women/Supreme/Direct had just too many players this season, so maybe it'll be harder to make the list if you are from that agency
