hey Ziggy- i dont think the Amethyst batch would be included in "handle updates" As Amethyst is a color that was released about 4-6 months ago. I think probably the officier or Raisin maybe but i think the outremer and the sang will have the latest improved handles

Well if someone asked, maybe they know more than me it wouldn't be the 1st time But I'm pretty sure that when we all got our amethysts 4/6 months ago, we had all established the status of the handles.

To condition our bags a lot of us use Apple Leather Care Conditioner..availbale from leatherstuff.com
If you go to the Lovinmybags web site, you can read descriptions on all there products and decide what one suits your needs.

here is my python paraty. it is less shiny irl and gorgeous. (the flash makes it look very shiny) i compared it to pics of authentic ones i could find online and *I* think its totally right.

I keep going back and looking at your python paraty Luisa...it really is spectacular I just don't know if i will use it i bought the leather one in october last year, and i swear have used it once..
I know other members have raved about how good it is compared to the rep..I see Jacky has it in stock....will keep you updated!
Can you model it for me? I would love to see it in action..if you don't mind?

Also I'm not sure wheter I should condition it or not, need some opinions here and what exactely is the difference between LMB's "feel soft moisturizer" and "silk serum"? Which one would be better for my Ame? Sorry for so many questions but i never used one of those products.

Don't know about Silk Serum, I used Feel Soft Moisturiser and it did wonders for my Ame. I was very disappointed with the leather (and the smell ) when I received it, it looked very dry and like it was covered in "white dust", you'll see what I mean if you look at the leather closely. After using LMB, the "dust" is gone, the colour more vivid and the leather isn't dry at all Oh, and the smell is gone too!

bagalicious: I am not going to enhance the Gold Hardware on my Raisin Giant Day for now. Maybe in the future when the gold hardware starts to fade.

helens I can kind of distinguish the color difference between the two hardware. Is the other suppose to be more brassy? Maybe you should inform Jacky about it so he is aware of it. Also, how's the quality of the nightingale and what do you think about catty's nightingale compared to the auth? The bags look great on you!

ziggy stardust Nice amy PT! The leather looks fine in the first pic. I personally wouldn't condition it. If it feels dry then it's up to you. I condition my bals w/ apple leather conditioner (like baga said). I

coco - congrats on your raisin bags!! the leather looks so supple. did you condition them at all? i love the raisin rh day!!!

baga - it takes longer to get into than the bal styles that's for sure!! i do like the look of the alexa lots though need to see how j's ink looks before deciding if to get or not to get i am totally excited about the ps1 medium though - may need to get more than 1 color! ohhh is the ps1 also challenging to get into?

Chicadee- yes the PS1 is a bit of a challenge as well, if I were you I would go and look and try on an authentic if you live near a Barneys? they have them, you might not want another Harry Houdini in your collection
The only good thing about the X large PS1 is that it has an open flap on the back, i don't know what the medium has, but that's a life saver for me. I only use it for specific work days when I know I can handle the structure of the bag, It is not a every day bag at all. way to fiddly for me.

You and me both sista! it's en route...I have a tracking number but no details as yet (you know how that is ) But hopefully by the end of this week...we will all be the wiser...
I also have an outremer RH work coming...so I have a lot of works on the way!

I love the Olive Green with regular hardware myself. I think it looks very vintage.
