Wasn't his medium supposed to be ready tomorrow..maybe he sold out The original bag Black PS1 that a few of us bought was the Xtra large...Jacky confuses me

Bella08- Yeah the day looks gorgeous with the GSH IMO...I love RH..LOVE IT...but for some reason on a day GH looks stunningB). I'm sure there are members who prefer it the other way around tho.

i waited for 6 months for an amethyst Rh WK got on every ones nerves in the procsess Waited for a year for a gray rh work....tried a gray day to pacify me...and finally had to find a new seller to make me my HG color! so your wah wah is falling on deaf ears been there...done that TWICE
My good friend dangermouse waited for a year before she found a rubisse city...she has it now...so good things come to thos who wait.

I say try other bags while you're waiting for the Electric Blue, dont just focus on that color, maybe try an aquamarine, or an outremer..it's one step closer to an electric blue
From what i hear outremer is just as bright and as bold as an elec blue did you look at beavercalls picture? its the closest thing to an elec blue..i say you should go for it

I completely know what you're saying, that's why I wouldn't have just made a "wah wah" nagging whiny heart broken post, haha.

The main point of my post was that - I am NOT a colour person at all, so, all you ladies are quite lucky in that respect,
cause I see all your Bal family photos and there's so many colours and each one makes you just as happy as the next.
Whereas for me, I don't do colours. So when I find one that fits me, I'm like, HURRAH! Something other than BLACK that I actually like!!

Electric blue gsh is purrrrfect - just rock n roll enough for my style.

Trust me - I've searched to see if there are any other Bal colours that would suit my style/make me as happy as the electric blue - there aren't.
That's why right now, I only want an anthra ggh, and eb gsh (got my ggh praline which is a nice neutral cream/beige). Nothing else makes me turn my head. Not even halfway, haha.

How funny, that you knew it was CHANEL! To answer your question, the new chevron jumbo in lambskin. Loved the chevron since I saw the vintage 90's first release. That was the bag we agreed upon months ago, however, he made the patent because it is more common and what he could find in the boutique. Now, we're back on the original track towards lambskin though... maybe . The patent looks great, especially, after he corrected the hardware but I'm just not into big shiny things or handbags .

jacky's kelly so shoulder bag looks really good from the outside. The regular kelly (the only one on there) is ok. The stamp is incorrect on all and I have not seen the HW engraving, but I know that I have seen his other bags and none of his engraved HW is correct, either. But for $135 bucks, who cares?? His stitching on his kelly so are at least angled, but at the same time, the top looks crooked. Regular kelly doesn't look like the stitching is angled.

It just looked nice, especially for a cheaper Hermes rep. I don't think I could pull off Hermes at this juncture in life . I guess I wanted some more diversified bag talk in here. I must say though, from a naive perspective it looks very good. Thanks for your opinion !

What do we think of Catty's yellow Alexa - Mul190?
I've been praying for this one to come along. How are her alexa's in general? I thought I read ages ago about a member of this thread waiting for one.

I was wondering the same thing. Thanks for replying Coco. I'm not really a fan of Alexa, but the yellow looks sooo cute! I wonder if Catty has the regular size.

Update, Jacky has blacklisted me . I did some detective work, i.e. writing to him from another email address and he replied, but not to my usual one after days . In his defense, I have been rather flippant .

Maybe Jacky will re-release the Medium PS1 on his big-reveal Mondays, hopefully along with the other colors as I am back on the Alexa v. PS1 conundrum.

I bought a LV Richard Prince bag from Catty - the bag itself was beautiful, loved the colors & texture. Unfortunately I didn't ask Catty any questions prior to ordering, & the handles & zipper trim are vinyl/plastic - not leather. The "O rings" are glued to the bag....with a crusty kind of glue. I'm brainstorming a DIY project...remaking it into my own Frankenbag\ art project, with new handles & such. The size & canvas are so great....or maybe ill just give it to my artsy friend who lives in another city where there are no LV boutiques.

Bagalicious: Congratulations on your HG Bag!!! With all bags, auth or reps its really holding, touching, carrying, using, possesing that makes it all worthwhile.

With auths, I can go to Barneys and touch & feel an auth bag - but either can't afford them, or justify the compromises to my lifestyle they would take to posses.

It feels amazinf to own a bag that gives you pleasure & doesn't require any compromises & still feels personal & unique to yourself.


Emailed Jacky on Monday re: the black medium PS1. He direc to make a payment today, the 19th. Noticed yesterday it was off his website, the "coming attractions" section & the PS section. Emailed him if it was still available & if I should still make a payment. He replied I should.

Made my payment today. WU asked me to input my SS# & DOB. I did, and it emailed me payment # asked me to call a rep. The rep asked me for a # to call me back. Called me back & said my payment was made. Sent Jacky the payment #. He replied tonight that he received the payment & would be shipping this week.

Right now I am feeling vulnerable for giving WU so much of my personal info....all to pay for a rep bag while working at my desk...there is a WU agent a few blocks away, but I wasn't sure if I'd be able to slip out to make a payment.

Anyways, this week has brought the highest highs & low lows...hoping my Medium Black PS1 bag arrives on Wed (or thurs or fri), and is a spot on rep for the auth PS1 medium.

Hopefully will receive a tracking # from Jacky on Monday....

Also hoping that my medium PS1 from Jacky will distract me for a bit from placing an order from T&D

Been carrying my Officier Twiggy every day - haven't even used my raisin First yet. The Twiggy holds everything. The only thing I couldn't carry in it is a harcover book, or W Magazine.

That is why I'm contemplating ordering an Outremer City bag w/RH (love the tassels, too insecure to rock HW that isn't 100% passable).

Not sure what size Sang I would get. The Twiggy is a great day bag for me, the First is my fave evening bag. My frien has an auth City with the most unique textured leather- embosses, almost quilted. She said it was a gift from a friend in Brasil (perhaps purchased at Daslu?)

Anyways....looking forward to pics of T&D's Sang IRL, and what size would be right for my gal-on-the-go-lifestyle...

I bought this Cole haan bag yesterday at a Filenes for $129...saved $250!..not a rep but a good deal..they have them if anyone is interested in checking out there local Filenes (great alternative to a BV from Jacky...there leather weaving is very good)
