I'm with you uberprincess..my outremer has been in the same holding patern on the USPS tracking system since Saturday!...fingers X;d..maybe they will just arrive, that happens sometimes

Yep and thank you. I PM'd you about what I perceived to be the "flaws", I think . I first saw the bag on taobao and remembered that Catty had one picture of the lining on her site somewhere, so, I asked her if she could find it for me. Little did I know she already had it in stock and a newer version ! Although I'm not a caviar fan, she has it in black but it has to be ordered fyi. And everyone underestimated Catty's Chanels . Can't wait to do a review.

PS1 medium ladies....is your bag a go yet?

I wanna know too! If Jacky executes more colors for medium, I'll need it.

Theprettycat: Lovely First - For me, The First is my favorite, ideal bal size - it can hold a New Yorker, or most magazines (Vogue, etc), depending how thick they are that month

I was thinking about ordering my first Bal (either a black RH city v. black/outremer twiggy), but then I saw the price tag for the twiggy (my favorite Bal style) and hit the roof. After reading through nearly all of the ioffer threads, NBF doesn't exactly have 100% accuracy. Have the bags improved at all to match the increase in prices? But then again this maybe not be an issue for some of you as Bal bags are your no. 1 bag of choice. However, I'm not that into Bal bags either.

Bagalicious, I was looking at the flat tote too, but knew I needed more depth. Flat bags and I do not get along. I am round and squishy and need bags that generally do the same thing.

So now I have to hover around buyandsell's ioffer website and bug him for anything in Mandarin.

Cloudyblue - here are the chanel jumbo pics from catty. Amazing she got the quilting on the sides and bottom right and the red inside is also the correct shade. I asked her if this was the actual bag but she hasn't replied me. It looks almost too good to be true. Also the sides don't stick out like all the reps I've ever seen - it looks perfectly structured like the auth.

Catty just replied and assured me she took these pics herself.

I have to say that those pics look pretty amazing ... it really 'looks almost too good to be true'. I hope someone here picks one up to see if it really looks like that IRL. I'm very tempted ...

Yes i really lovemy sandstone work a lot! It's the perfect neutral beige color and I should use it more but I always managed to stuff until its to heavy for me to carry! I usually use it as a carry on or a weekend bag

Really?! I don't think the outremer first looks like electric blue at all. It mostly looks like an extremely bright purple with blue undertones.
Although now that I see it in pictures, yes it looks A LOT like electric blue in pictures (and sorry I don't have an electric blue to compare too). The color is really hard to capture. Maybe I'm color blind but I see it a lot more purple than blue!

So gorgeous ...that color is amazing! The leather looks fabulous as well, I'm absolutely excited to receive my twiggy! It should have purple undertones just like the authentic. Move faster, Mr. Postman!

YAY!! Finally another outremer! Your new baby looks hott!

The color in real life DEFINITELY has more purple undertones to it. It's really hard to capture it in pics, but it is there. For those who had the NBF Electric blue, it looks quite different.

My Outremer twiggy arrived today and it's beautiful. I adore the color so much more than I had thought I would. I also got some O rings for my GGH part time but am having trouble changing them. Candycandy, I tried to use scissors like you advised but it didn't work. I also tried assorted screw drivers. How do you get something to hold the base of the screw, so that you can twist the hardware off? Or should I take this to a cobbler?

Congrats! Please do post Pics . What I did to change my O rings on my GH city is I made a small hole in the black lining so that I can directly unscrew the rings. It was very difficult for me to unscrew the rings w/o making a hole so I had no choice (the holes aren't noticeable). Before you take it to the cobbler keep trying since the cobbler cuts the rings to change them. IMO I prefer the rings uncut. Good luck!

anyone, how bout the black city RH from T&D? i'm about to order one, is it any good? and can you point me the difference with the authentic one? i'm very fussy bout the leather and hardwares

I don't own a black city from them but I'm confident that T&D's quality is the best for bal rep. Their hardware is spot on and their leather is amazing! I heard goods things about the black city from the girls here, so you shouldn't be too worried about the quality. I hope that kind of helps.
