I see where they were trying to go with that picture but something about it makes her look as though she's in the middle of a giant yawn. Not entirely flattering.

But wow. Last Jane cover ever - its the end of an era. This is like when Sassy ended - except that I was actually sad when Sassy ended.

The August issue is usually the Naked issue, which I love. I think it's a really fun cover and I'm definitely buying it because August tends to be my favourite.

This cover probably seemed like a great idea at the time - but I bet they look at it, knowing its the last cover they'll ever produce, and wish they'd gone with something else.

So, this is it. The last issue of Jane we'll ever see on newsstands.

To me, the cover and headlines make it appear as if they tried too hard to be "edgy" or "different." I'll obviously buy an issue, but the previews of the contents aren't too convincing. To me, it's somewhat sad to see the magazine come to an end with this cover.
