Hey hey. I havent set out to takes photos of streetstyle - im too shy to approach strangers and I dont want them to think Im a pervert or a weirdo or something, lol. Heres a photo I have taken though.

That's me on the right. To give you a bit of context, the guy on the left is half Japanese/Spanish and the photo was taken in Shinjuku. Love his shirt hanging from his jeans! Those shirts - colourful check shirts (?) - are really popular in Japan and all stores sell them. Must get a couple cos they have them in really nice colours!

Btw, my scarf and belt are both Japanese.

amazing, all of it. i was there in august and the style in tokyo was unbelievable! i loved shopping in naka meguro the best - there was an apc outlet!

lux, you are correct about that bridge - right in harajuku, at the entrance to the meiji shrine park, there are bridges crossing over the streets. it is very congested there and i didn't know whether i should cross the actual street or go up and across! anyway, the kids all gather there on sundays all dressed up. its funny, i know exactly where that gap is that is in the background of many of the pics too - its nice to see these areas and feel familiarity.

i'll post pics soon...i have some of fukuoka style too - very different than tokyo but still interesting.
