This is perfect. Thank goodness we have JPG for couture week. I really enjoy the tailoring here. The look on Frida is awesome and so many other smart powerful yet so feminine looks. Lindsey’s look made me smile.

This is really gorgeous. Some looks I'm not crazy about, but on the whole, this is fantastic. I love how effortless everything looks (which I think is what had been missing from JPG Couture for some time). The girls look so fresh and elegant and look like they really enjoy what they're wearing. My favorite look is the long-sleeved bridal shift dress, beaded, sheer and worn with the tulle veil. Such a fabulous look.

Well, this is certainly one of his best showings in a really really long time. I was wondering how the closing of his RTW would impact his couture now that he has only one collection to design. I think the impact is extremely positive.

Apparently Gaultier's couture sells. It'd be great if he could really make a business of it and let this be his legacy.

It's great to have my faith restored in such a legendary talent. Well done JP.

It's fantastic and chic, I loved every single piece and details are to die for. And a lot of looks are wearable. It's like combining fantasy with normal life.

Eh, I've seen better.

This is standard JPG HC, undoubtedly. There's definitely some great stuff in here, and I'm sure his HC clients will smile when they make a purchase, but I can't say I'm amazed by everything I see here. Not like I was he showed his Asian-themed collection, or his African-themed collection, or his Russian-themed collection, all from about 10 years ago.

And considering the fact he doesn't have the burden of RTW anymore, I was hoping for something more.
