Guys, don't get too carried away with critisism, its a fashion show in the end of the day - fun and on a big budget, I think it's brilliant, captivating, entertainging, stylish, just everything, like a fairy tale... And I don't think using midgets etc. is exploitation at all, it makes it so original and exciting and fun both for the viewer and the model, i doubt that anyone would participate if they did feel exploited! they obviously enjoyed it so who cares as long as it doesn't offend the models themselves! as for diane arbus, I have to strongly disagree that she mocked anyone, her photorgaphes are as realistic as you can get, surely she didn't try to make it all pretty, and there is no compassion as such, but there is definetly some kind of empathy, well, at least I felt there is a lot of understanding in her work. C'mon, she killed herself in the end of the day she thought life was so horrible
