I don't know why I notice this stuff, but it looks like she has a penis in the first picture. I still don't understand, tbh.

Lady Gaga to meet with Obama over bullying

Singer plans to discuss anti-bullying legislation with president following fan's suicide

Lady Gaga has announced she is to meet Barack Obama to discuss new legislation to counteract bullying. Following the recent suicide of a 14-year-old fan, Jamey Rodemeyer, a victim of bullies, the singer called on American lawmakers to make bullying illegal. Bullying, she tweeted, is a "hate crime".
  • "I am meeting with our president," Gaga declared on Twitter. "I will not stop fighting." Despite her words, however, there has been no confirmation from the White House that Obama has actually agreed to meet with Gaga. But the pop star will not be deterred: "[Bullying] must end," she wrote. "Our generation has the power to end it. Trend it #MakeALawForJamey."
Jamey Rodemeyer, from Buffalo, New York, killed himself last weekend. Although Rodemeyer had participated in the It Gets Better campaign, offering his support to gay teenagers, he was the victim of bullying at his own school. On his blog, he wrote: "I always say how bullied I am, but no one listens."
As news emerged of Rodemeyer's death, Gaga expressed sorrow and frustration. "The past days I've spent reflecting, crying, and yelling," she wrote earlier this week. "I have so much anger. It is hard to feel love when cruelty takes someone's life." That anger turned into resolve: "Bullying must become be illegal," she tweeted. "It is a hate crime."
Lady Gaga has been a vocal supporter of gay rights, particularly as an advocate for the end of the US military's Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy regarding gay recruits. That rule was repealed on Tuesday.

That whole situation is just awful. I hope all those lovely anon's that wrote they hope he died over and over live with it for the rest of their miserable lives.

While I admire her determination to do this I have no faith whatsoever that bullying will become illegal. You'd have to lock up every little brat in the country.

She really is an idol. She isn't like the other Hollywood starlets who just party and do drugs. Gaga cares about her fans, literally. She fights so her fans can be who they are, which I admire of her. I remember hating her when her "Pokerface" and "Just Dance" songs came out, but now it's a different story. She really is an influential celebrity, and I hope more people can become like her, seriously.

My review of Gaga at the iHeartRadio Music Festival ~

I really thought that although her voice started going out (possibly sick) towards the end and her looking beyond tired, she put on a helluva show. She showed 'ring rust' (wrestling term) or maybe 'tour' rust is better suited but that's understandable.

Scheiße is still my favorite BTW song so it was cool to see her open with it (I'm 95% sure its the next single). She was killing that Judas choreography like her life depended on it. The 'Hair' performance was very touching- not my favorite but still such a lovely tribute to Jamey (Bullying Is For Losers!).

Her performances with Sting (Stand by Me/King of Pain) were quite impressive.

I liked 'You & I' though I was worried Gaga was going to once again bust her **** or worse poke out a eye when she was on the motorcycle- shes kind of a clutz. The Edge of Glory was good (loved the skirt she added to her look) but that was when it was evident that her voice was starting to fade. Okay closing of 'Born This Way'.

Overall I'd give the show a B.

I look forward to her next tour with her actually performing HML/GH. B)

Thanks Anet for all the pics, Gaga looked fabulous arriving at the show. Also thanks Teja for the gifs, vid and article. Speaking of which....

Lady Gaga, at Obama fundraiser, urges end to bullying

Lady Gaga has made good on her promise to voice her concerns about teen bullying to President Obama -- no matter the cost. The singer dropped the $35,800-a-person fee to attend an exclusive Obama fund-raising event in Silicon Valley on Sunday.

Wearing a black floor-length dress and her signature sky-high heels, Gaga stood at least two feet taller than Obama and the 70-plus guests at the event. ABC News reported that during a Q&A session, the artist made reference to Jamey Rodemeyer, a 14-year-old who recently committed suicide after incessant bullying because he was gay. She also read a letter from a fan about another bullying victim. She then thanked the president for what he’s accomplished in office so far.

Obama thanked her and spoke of his administration's anti-bullying campaign, according to the report.

Gaga has long championed equal rights and lobbied against bullying. Last year, she publically pleaded with the president to repeal the military’s “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, which was lifted last week. She continues to push for gay marriage rights, and last week tweeted her desire to meet with Obama to discuss how he could put an end to bullying in schools.

She paid tribute to Rodemeyer during a performance of “You & I” at the I Heart Radio festival in Las Vegas over the weekend, saying that Rodemeyer wasn't a victim but "a lesson to all of us."

MTV Exclusive: Lady Gaga To Premiere Film At Paris Fashion Week

Singer will debut the film during the Mugler fashion show.

Lady Gaga
is set to give her Little Monsters a big surprise at Paris Fashion Week next Wednesday. MTV News can exclusively announce that Mother Monster will debut a brand-new short film during the spring/summer 2012 fashion show for the Mugler Women's Wear Collection in Paris next week.

The film was directed by "Yoü and I" fashion-film directors and fashion photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin under the creative direction of Nicola Formichetti, Mugler's creative director and Gaga's stylist.

The film will feature a previously-unreleased remix of one of Gaga's songs. For those not lucky enough to attend, a special edit of the film will drop the following day online. In an exclusive behind-the-scenes still, fans are teased with a peek at Gaga's face and her long, straight blond hair. In addition, starting Monday,
Mugler.tumblr.com will feature live blogging from Mugler's Atelier.

While little is known about what the Haus of Gaga have up their sleeve for this latest film, the clapper board does reveal some hints. The date on the board is 09.20.2011, perhaps a hint as to when Gaga, Formichetti, and Inez and Vinoodh shot the video.

This isn't the first time Gaga and Mugler have collaborated in this way. Besides the fact that Formichetti is her stylist, she's also given fans brand-new music at his shows. In January, she debuted a remix of her
Born This Way track "Scheiße" at a Mugler fashion show. Then in March, Gaga not only walked in a Mugler show, she also debuted her song "Government Hooker" during the same show.

Experts agree that the Mugler/Gaga relationship is one of the best in the business. "Gaga working with people like Nicola Formichetti has allowed designers like him and like the late Alexander McQueen to step out of the world of high fashion, which is often perceived of as elite, and become part of the mainstream music landscape as she's used high fashion to build her own personal musical narrative,"
MTV Buzzworthy blog editor Tamar Anitai said.

MTV Style blog editor Mary H.K. Choi calls their work together "a pop culture moment. ... I think we can all agree that Lady Gaga's relationship with Nicola Formichetti has been entirely synergistic," she said. "When she walked the Mugler runway in Paris last season, not only did she model with aplomb, but her debut of 'Government Hooker' galvanized the show as a pop culture moment. The clothing was beautiful, granted, very much the sexy, bombastic Mugler aesthetic of the '80s and early '90s, but the confluence of Gaga, her music and Formichetti — all streamed live on Facebook — made the collection a must-see event."
